How DocumentAnalyse works

1

Upload your documents

Add PDFs, images, text, Word or Excel files. Analyze one document or compare two to four.

2

Get a structured review

DocumentAnalyse organizes relevant information, differences, missing details and items requiring review. For PDFs, the page count is also determined independently from the AI model.

3

Review and export

Read the structured result, check source references where available, and export the analysis as a PDF report.

See what needs attention, faster

Spot inconsistencies

Conflicting statements, values or requirements in one place — instead of searching page by page.

Find what’s missing

What’s missing becomes visible: information you’d expect that couldn’t be found in the documents provided.

Compare changes

Versions, quotes or contract drafts side by side, with the differences laid out clearly.

Trace results back to the source

Quotes and page references, where available, show you where to find it in the original.

Transparency over overpromising

What DocumentAnalyse actually stores and checks

AI-generated analyses can contain errors. DocumentAnalyse therefore focuses on traceability and makes technical limitations visible instead of implying certainty.

Uploaded files are processed temporarily

Your uploaded file is processed temporarily for the analysis and then removed from temporary upload storage. The analysis result remains in your history until you delete it. Content is sent to an external AI system for processing; see the privacy policy for details.

Additional source checking for single PDF analyses

For single PDF analyses, DocumentAnalyse can additionally check whether a quoted passage is found on the stated page in the extracted document text. This confirms the source match, not automatically the correctness of the interpretation.

PDF page count determined independently

For PDFs, the page count is determined from the file itself. Detectable gaps in page coverage are flagged.

Important results should still be reviewed

DocumentAnalyse supports document review but does not replace professional, legal or tax judgment. Important results should be checked against the source before decisions are made.

Technical failures do not cost credits

If an analysis fails for technical reasons, the credits used for that analysis are credited back.

Manage your results and account yourself

You can delete saved reports from your history and delete your account from your profile. Some billing records may still be retained where legally required.
