How it works
- 1Create an account and pick a quick start under “Compare”: “Compare several quotes”, “Check a quote against an invoice”, “Compare contracts / maintenance contracts” or “Find missing information”.
- 2Upload 2 to 4 documents — PDF, photos (PNG, JPEG, WebP), Word, Excel or text. Optionally add your own question, e.g. “Is scaffolding included in every quote?”
- 3Read the result, reopen it from your history and export it as a PDF report or Excel table — e.g. for the owners' committee or general meeting.

What does a check cost?
Billing is credit-based: single analysis 1 credit, 2-document comparison 2 credits, multi-analysis 1 credit per document (2–4), optional deep verification +1 credit. Plans from €59/month with 200 credits; trial with 10 credits for 7 days, no credit card.
Will the AI catch every error?
No, and we don't claim it does. The AI can miss or misread things. That's why results include references (page and quote where available), an evidence status and a list of points to verify manually. If an analysis fails technically, the credits are refunded.
How large can documents be?
Single analysis and 2-document comparison: up to 40 MB per file; multi-analysis: up to 25 MB per file and 50 MB in total. For PDFs over 300 pages, citations are no longer automatically checked against the PDF text. For large files, analyse the relevant sections separately.
Does it connect to my property management software?
Not at the moment. Documents are uploaded directly in the browser; results can be exported as PDF or Excel and filed in your existing system.
